Returns and Exchanges

On receipt of your shoes

Yay, they have arrived!!

Thank you for choosing shoes from Magic Shoebox.

We sincerely hope you LOVE you new shoes.


How can I check the fit?

When you receive your shoes, we recommend you try them on with a sock on a clean surface to assess the fit.

Here are some tips 

1.  Feel the shoe at the toe.   A space of about a thumbs width is ideal.

2.  If the shoe has a removeable foot bed pull them out and have your children stand on them.  This will give you a great visual of the space available.

3.  Ensure that the shoe is firmly anchored to the foot.  Have your child walk away from you.  Ideally there will be no slipping of the shoe at the heel.  This may just require a firmer a adjustment.

The information below relates only to items bought via the online store.  

If you need to return shoes please contact the store (08) 9371 2951 as soon as possible.

Returns will only be accepted if the shoes come back to us in saleable condition - unworn, in new condition, with packaging / box intact and within 14 days of purchase.

A returns / exchange form will be inside your parcel.  Please complete this and pop in with the returning shoes. The return of shoes will be at your expense to Magic Shoebox PO BOX 106  DARLINGTON WA 6051.

We will process a refund as soon as possible after the shoes are received in store.

THERE IS NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY  so please choose our sale items carefully.


An exchange can only be made on the receipt of the returned shoes and providing that, at the time, the alternative pair you have requested is available.

If a replacement pair is available you will be charged the additional postage or you can provide a return post satchel, when you return the shoes.

If your payment was made through PayPal they may pay for return and replacement shipping for you.  You will need to contact them to see if you qualify for this service.

THERE IS NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY so please choose sale items with care.

 Faulty Items

Items will be thoroughly checked before sending but if you think there is an issue with your shoes then please contact us immediately.  

If we have made an error then, of course, will will recify this at our expense with lots of apologies. :?
